Refettorio Paris

France / Paris

Serving 100 free, complete and balanced meals to the capital's most needy every evening

The charity restaurant initiated by triple Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura serves 100 free, complete and balanced meals to the capital's most needy every evening in the crypt of the Madeleine Church. A team of young chefs will recycle nearly 130 kg of foodstuffs every day and turn it into delicious and balanced meals. As part of efforts to tackle food waste, the dishes served will be made from fresh products that are nearing their use-by dates.
