Creating a solidarity network at the neighborhood level to support people in the street
Facing the growing number of people on the street, Louis-Xavier decided to find a local solution of mutual aid and solidarity. He created Le Carillon which is a citizen network of local merchants, who agree to render a series of services to homeless people (offering a coffee, washing, using the telephone, etc.) in their shop. , thanks to a system of very ingenious stickers. A network of kindness that puts the citizen at the heart of social action with simple gestures.
