In order to offer an alternative to traditional food aid and to allow precarious populations to have access to fruits and vegetables, Guillaume decided to launch a solidarity grocery network unlike any other. Indeed, they would be fed through the recovery, from wholesalers, fruits and vegetables edible but intended to be discarded (poorly calibrated, slightly damaged, etc.). ANDES or when the circular economy rhymes with eating well.
