Finding a second life with fruits and vegetables refused by supermarkets because considered "too ugly"
Culinary misfits are the three-legged carrots and other odd-shaped peppers that supermarkets refuse producers because they scare consumers, especially in the city. In their coffee shop, Lea Brumsack and Tanja Krakowski decided to offer Berliners delicious meals exclusively cooked with these fruits and vegetables a little special, and thus fight against a vast waste of food unnecessary.
